Product Limitations
Repel™ rubber products must be installed using 77 Solvent-Free Epoxy. The flooring is not to come in contact with direct heat, such as radiators, hot ovens, or other heated equipment. Contact with hot oils, greases, animal fats, and/or other hot substances will cause surface dulling. Oils, greases, animal fats, and/or other type substances in contact with the flooring will inhibit the slip resistance of the flooring. Rubber tile may be stained if it is allowed to remain in contact with rubber products that contain staining ingredients such as tires, casters, and walk-off mats. Any disinfectant, cleaning agent, detergent, pesticide, or other chemical (solid, liquid, or gas), that may come in contact with the rubber flooring must be tested on samples prior to installation to ensure they will not produce permanent discoloration, deterioration, and/or damage. Contact Flexco Customer Service for a stain resistance chart and for assistance in conducting stain testing. Fading can occur from extensive exposure to heavy direct or glass-filtered sunlight, or unfiltered ultra-violet rays. Repel™ Rubber Tile should not be used in areas that would be subjected to sharp spikes, cleats, or other objects that could penetrate the flooring. Dragging or improperly moving furniture or equipment across the surface of the tile or dropping objects onto the surface of the flooring may cause permanent damage to the flooring. Color shade may vary from sample or photographs. Color selections must be made from actual samples, exact matching of color or shade may vary. In marbleized products, the appearance and the degree of mottling will vary. Flexco Repel™ Rubber Tile products are for indoor use only with temperatures maintained from 55° F to 95° F. DO NOT install the flooring if the quality is questionable. Read all of the product information on installation, maintenance, and product limitations/precautions before beginning the installation. The Flexco recommended installation instructions, maintenance instructions, and product limitations/precautions must be adhered to in order for the product warranty to be valid. Follow all local, state, and federal safety standards and practices.
