EnviroFlex systems are manufactured using post-industrial and post-consumer waste, recycled substances and renewable resources. As a result, FLEXCO is able to offer everything across the entire product line in formulations that perform well without proving harmful to the environment.
FLEXCO is an active participant in the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program – a voluntary, consensus-based rating system for calculating the life-cycle impact of any building on the environment.
All products have green attributes with the exception of FlexTerior treads. Third party certification is now available for FLEXCO products through EcoScorecard, and LEED documentation can be obtained through the EcoScorecard link. MR credits 5.1 and 5.2 can be calculated exactly by inputting project information on the Web site.
